Outsourcing guides from people who run the work.

These outsourcing guides cover the decisions we see buyers get wrong most often, written from the delivery side: how to build an engineering team that owns real work, how to run quality in a bilingual call center, and how to choose a partner without a sales pitch in the way.

How we write these

Every guide is written or reviewed by the people who run the work, and it says so on the page. We don’t publish market statistics we can’t source, and where a point is our judgment rather than a fact, we say that too. Where a law or regulation matters, we link to the government or regulator, not to a summary of a summary.

We update guides when the facts change, and the date at the top shows when they were last reviewed.
