AI competitor
intelligence. See what
your competitors see.
OTRO is AI competitor intelligence for search and ads. It puts your search data next to your competitors’ public footprint, then explains what changed and what to do next. Built for business owners who want answers, not another dashboard to learn.
Get a free competitor snapshotWhat a snapshot looks like
| Keyword | You | Competitor A | Competitor B | Monthly searches |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| emergency plumber austin | 14 | 3 | 7 | 2,400 |
| water heater repair austin | 6 | 2 | Not ranked | 1,300 |
| tankless water heater install | Not ranked | 5 | 9 | 880 |
| plumber near me open now | 22 | 4 | 11 | 6,600 |
- Competitor A ranks top 5 on all four terms and runs ads on two of them.
- “Tankless water heater install” is rising and you have no page for it.
- You’re on page 2 for the highest-volume term. A dedicated page is the fastest win.

How it works
-
Tell us who you compete with
Your website and up to two competitors. That’s enough for a first snapshot.
-
We pull the data
Public search data for everyone, plus read-only Search Console access if you grant it.
-
AI drafts, a person checks
AI ranks the findings by impact and drafts the brief in plain language. Someone on our team checks it before it reaches you.
-
Act on it, alone or with us
Fix it in-house, or have our engineers and teams do the work.
After the snapshot
The snapshot is yours to keep, whatever you decide. Some fixes are quick enough to do yourself: a missing page, a title that doesn’t match the search, a competitor ad worth answering.
If you’d rather hand it over, the team that built the platform can act on it. Our technical SEO team handles pages and site fixes, our PPC team handles ads, and our designers and engineers take on bigger rebuilds. You don’t have to hire us to get the snapshot.

Send your site and two competitors. We’ll reply by email to confirm what your snapshot will cover and when to expect it, and add you to the platform beta waitlist.
Frequently asked questions
What is AI competitor intelligence?
It’s using AI to gather and read the public signs of how your competitors win customers online: which searches they rank for, which terms they buy ads on, and what’s rising in your market. The AI does the sorting and drafts the explanation. The point is a short list of what to do next, not another dashboard to check every morning.
Is the snapshot really free?
Yes. One snapshot per business, with no obligation and no payment details. It’s how we find out whether the platform is useful to you, and how you find out whether we are, before anyone talks about pricing. If your snapshot shows nothing worth acting on, we’ll tell you that too.
What access do you need?
None for a first snapshot, which uses public search data. If you grant read-only access to Google Search Console, it can include your real queries and clicks too. We never ask for write access, and you can remove our access from your Search Console settings at any time.
What do you do with my Search Console data?
We use it to prepare your snapshot and, if you join the beta, your reports. Access is read-only, so nothing on your site or in your Google account can be changed. You stay in control: removing our user in Search Console ends access straight away. If you’d like us to delete the data we pulled, ask and we will.
How is this different from using an SEO tool myself?
SEO tools hand you data and leave the reading to you. That works if you have the time and know what to look for. The snapshot combines several sources, including your own Search Console if you connect it, then ranks what matters by impact and explains it in plain language. You get a few clear next steps instead of thousands of rows.
When can I log in myself?
The platform is in private beta, so there’s no self-serve login yet. Snapshot requests join the waitlist and are invited first, starting with the businesses whose snapshots show the most to act on. Until then, every snapshot is prepared for you, checked by a person and sent by email.
What will the platform cost after the beta?
There’s no public pricing yet. We’ll set it with beta members before anyone is asked to pay, and your first snapshot stays free either way. If you only ever want the snapshot and nothing more, that’s fine. You won’t be signed up for anything you didn’t ask for.
Do you only work in English?
No. Snapshots cover US and Mexican search markets, and we write them in English or Spanish. If you sell in both countries, ask for both. The searches, the competitors and the cost of a click are often very different on each side of the border, and the snapshot shows that.
