/IT Support Outsourcing

IT support outsourcing
that never sleeps.

Enterprise-grade IT support from Mexico's top tech talent. 24/7 helpdesk, infrastructure management, and technical troubleshooting — all in your time zone.

IT support
without borders

Mexico produces over 130,000 engineering graduates annually, creating a deep pool of IT talent with strong technical skills and bilingual capabilities.

Our IT support teams handle everything from password resets to complex infrastructure issues. We integrate with your existing ITSM tools and follow ITIL best practices.

With shared time zones and cultural proximity, your outsourced IT team feels like an extension of your in-house operations — not a distant vendor.

What IT support outsourcing actually covers

IT outsourcing is a broad label covering three quite different things, and conflating them is the most common reason these engagements disappoint.

The first is service desk: password resets, access requests, device issues, application questions. High volume, well-defined, and the easiest to hand over successfully.

The second is infrastructure and operations: monitoring, patching, backup verification, network and cloud administration. Lower volume, higher consequence, and dependent on documentation quality more than headcount.

The third is engineering-adjacent work: automation, tooling, internal platform support. This is closer to software development than to helpdesk, and staffing it with service-desk profiles produces predictable frustration.

Deciding which of the three you are actually buying — before you compare vendors — makes the rest of the evaluation straightforward.

Why time zone matters more for IT than for most functions

Support tickets can queue. Incidents cannot. The difference between a nearshore and an offshore IT partner shows up the first time something breaks at 3pm on a Tuesday.

A team in Mexico is inside your working day, which means escalation paths involve people who are awake and reachable, and a bridge call happens in minutes rather than at the start of someone else's shift.

It also changes the maintenance conversation. Overnight change windows for a US business are daytime hours for a team in Asia and small-hours work for a team in Mexico — which is either a scheduling problem or a staffing decision, and worth raising explicitly rather than discovering after signing.

Access, data handling, and the questions to ask early

Outsourced IT support means granting an external team standing access to systems that hold your data. That is a security decision as much as an operational one, and it deserves the same scrutiny as any other vendor with privileged access.

Establish early how access is provisioned and revoked, whether individual named accounts are used rather than shared credentials, how sessions are logged, and what happens to access on the day someone leaves the vendor.

Ask what the partner's own internal security posture looks like — device management, VPN and network controls, background checks, and how they handle a suspected incident on their side. A partner that has not thought about this before you ask is telling you something.

Where your industry imposes specific obligations, get those written into the agreement rather than relying on a general assurance that the vendor is 'compliant'.

How to evaluate an IT outsourcing partner in Mexico

Ask for their ticket taxonomy and resolution data on comparable accounts. A partner that cannot describe how they categorise work has not been measuring it.

Ask what percentage of tickets are resolved at first contact, and what they do with the rest. Escalation design is where service quality actually lives.

Ask how the knowledge base is maintained and who owns it at the end of the contract. Undocumented tribal knowledge is the hidden switching cost in every IT outsourcing relationship.

Ask to see how they handle a scenario you have actually experienced — a bad deployment, a phishing incident, an outage during your peak. The answer separates process maturity from sales polish.
