Durango, Mexico
Lerdo is a city of 96,243 in Durango. It's 7 km from Torreón, so many people searching here also compare against businesses there.
Of Lerdo's 27,629 households, 59.9% have a home internet connection. Only 44.2% have a computer, so in many connected homes people search from a phone. For your website, the phone comes first. So we design for small screens first, with light images, short copy and your WhatsApp always in reach.

Lerdo has 59.9% of households online, against 54.6% in Gómez Palacio (5 km away) and 45.1% in Santiago Papasquiaro (199 km away). The average across the Durango cities we cover is 58.2%. If you also sell in Gómez Palacio, 5 km away, we plan them as one market.
We review your Google presence, your site and your social accounts, plus what competitors in your area are doing.
We propose what to do first, with goals you can check and a clear budget.
We do the work and show you each month what changed, against the numbers we agreed to track.
What doesn't work gets changed or cut. What works gets more budget.
We start from census data for Lerdo, not assumptions about "the Mexican market".
We design for the devices people actually have: 44.2% of households with a computer against 59.9% with internet.
We compare your city with the rest of Mexico's northern industrial corridor, not a national average.
We've built sites and online stores for businesses in Mexico, including The Cookie Stop and Mechanova. Both case studies are published.
Yes. In Lerdo, 59.9% of households have internet but only 44.2% have a computer, so many of your visits will come from a phone. We design for small screens first: short copy, big buttons and your WhatsApp always in reach. Then we check that it works on a computer too.
For a business in Lerdo, it isn't one or the other. Your site is what shows up when someone searches for you on Google, and from there they can message you on WhatsApp in one tap. For Mechanova, a machinery importer in Mexico, we built exactly that: an online catalog with quotes handled over WhatsApp, because that trade negotiates by message.
Google recommends that the main content appears within 2.5 seconds. That measure is called LCP, and it's part of the Core Web Vitals. In Lerdo, 15,409 households have no computer, so many of your customers will arrive on mobile data. That means light images and no heavy video when the page opens.
It depends on how many sections you need, whether you'll sell online, and whether the site has to connect to other systems. We don't publish fixed prices, because a five-section site doesn't cost the same as a store with hundreds of products. Tell us what you sell and we'll send a written proposal with scope and cost.
Yes. We work remotely: meetings happen over video, and updates and questions go through WhatsApp or email. You review each stage on a preview link before anything goes live. We don't need to visit Lerdo. We need photos of your business and some time to hear how you sell.
