Web & Product Design in Ixtapa

Ixtapa is a city of 39,083 in Jalisco. It sits within the municipality of Puerto Vallarta, which has 291,839 residents. Zapopan, the nearest large city on our list, is 188 km away. At that distance, it pays to rank for searches that include "Ixtapa" before competing for regional terms.

Of Ixtapa's 11,193 households, 67.6% have a home internet connection. Only 46.3% have a computer, so in many connected homes people search from a phone. For your website, the phone comes first. So we design for small screens first, with light images, short copy and your WhatsApp always in reach.

Why work with us

✓

We start from census data for Ixtapa, not assumptions about "the Mexican market".

✓

We design for the devices people actually have: 46.3% of households with a computer against 67.6% with internet.

✓

We compare your city with the rest of western Mexico, not a national average.

✓

We've built sites and online stores for businesses in Mexico, including The Cookie Stop and Mechanova. Both case studies are published.

Frequently asked questions

Does my website need to be built for phones in Ixtapa?

Yes. In Ixtapa, 67.6% of households have internet but only 46.3% have a computer, so many of your visits will come from a phone. We design for small screens first: short copy, big buttons and your WhatsApp always in reach. Then we check that it works on a computer too.

Do I need a website if I already sell on WhatsApp or Facebook?

For a business in Ixtapa, it isn't one or the other. Your site is what shows up when someone searches for you on Google, and from there they can message you on WhatsApp in one tap. For Mechanova, a machinery importer in Mexico, we built exactly that: an online catalog with quotes handled over WhatsApp, because that trade negotiates by message.

How fast should my website load?

Google recommends that the main content appears within 2.5 seconds. That measure is called LCP, and it's part of the Core Web Vitals. In Ixtapa, 6,016 households have no computer, so many of your customers will arrive on mobile data. That means light images and no heavy video when the page opens.

How much does a website cost for a business in Ixtapa?

It depends on how many sections you need, whether you'll sell online, and whether the site has to connect to other systems. We don't publish fixed prices, because a five-section site doesn't cost the same as a store with hundreds of products. Tell us what you sell and we'll send a written proposal with scope and cost.

Can you build my site if you're not in Ixtapa?

Yes. We work remotely: meetings happen over video, and updates and questions go through WhatsApp or email. You review each stage on a preview link before anything goes live. We don't need to visit Ixtapa. We need photos of your business and some time to hear how you sell.
